I have been working in revenue operations for 14 years and have been lucky enough to be the first revenue operations hire four different times, building each function from the ground up as an IC, player-coach, and then team leader. I specialize in helping companies establish and scale their Go-to-Market (GTM) teams, systems, and processes. Fourteen years in, Rev Ops is a never-ending puzzle and problem-solving quest that is rarely boring.
I am privileged to have seen the rev-ops journey from the inside [working as a leader within companies] and from the outside [working as a consultant], providing an experienced perspective to overcome key challenges. All of my experiences have proven that no two scaling journeys are alike and require more than just ‘best practices’ to achieve true scale.
Outside of work I am an avid runner and am probably training for some race. When I am not doing that I am fly fishing with friends and local clubs, cooking up something delicious with my fiance, all happening with a lot of music in the background. Last year Spotify told me I listened to 86,000 minutes of music and I am proud of that.
